These General Conditions of Contract - hereinafter GCC -, regulate the conditions of purchase of the different products offered on our website: www.egiaudio.com, owned by ELECTROACUSTICA GENERAL IBERICA S.A. with commercial name EGi Audio, (hereinafter the RESPONSIBLE) Registered in the Register (Mercantil / Public): COMMERCIAL REGISTRATION OF ZARAGOZA. VOLUME 3655. FOLIO 135. SECTION 8. SHEET Z-4442. ELECTROACUSTICA GENERAL IBERICA S.A.con CIF: A50109214, is a company domiciled for the purposes of this information in the Avda. of the Almozara. 79, 50003, Zaragoza – Spain.

Users who make purchases on www.egiaudio.com accept and be bound by these GCC.

Reading and accepting the GCC, prior to the purchase of any product through www.egiaudio.com.THE RESPONSIBLE, reserves the right to modify the GCC at any time and without prior notice. The GCC will always be available in www.egiaudio.com, so that the user can consult them at any time. Prices and conditions of sale are for information purposes only and may be modified in acspite market fluctuations. However, the placing of the order by completing the purchase form implies conformity with the offered price and with the general conditions of sale in force at the specific time of making the purchase.

Prices are shown without VAT, which will be applied later at the end of the purchase process. Once the order has been completed, the purchase in full will be deemed to have been perfected, with all the legal guarantees that cover the acquiring consumer and, from that moment, the prices and conditions will be contractual in nature and cannot be modified without the i agree with both contractors.

THE RESPONSIBLE reserves the right to deny and/or suspend access to the services provided in www.egiaudio.com for reasons of violation of the good contractual faith, breach of the applicable legislation, of these General Conditions of Purchase and/or in fraud cases detected by this company and/or any of its suppliers.


  • Delivery times range from 24 to 72 hours. We cannot guarantee these delivery times, although we try to ensure that transport companies comply with them whenever possible. In rural towns far from urban centres it is not possible to guarantee delivery in 24 hours.

  • Delivery times will depend on the availability of each product, which is indicated in each and every product offered. Orders that include multiple items will make a single shipment and the delivery time will correspond to the item with a longer delivery time. In case of stock breakage of any of the products in your order, the customer will be notified, informing the new delivery time for your order. If this period does not meet the customer's needs, the customer may cancel the order at no additional cost.

  • The customer will have 72 hours to check the integrity of all components of the order and to verify that everything owed is included in the products included. After these 72 hours the shipment will be accepted and no claims for damages or failures with the shipment will be accepted.

  • An order will be deemed delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer. It is in the next 24 hours that the customer must check the products upon receipt of them and expose all the objections that may exist.

  • In case of receiving a product damaged by the transport it is advisable to contact us within the first 24 hours to be able to claim the incident to the transport company. In the same way it is advisable to record the transport company.


For this purpose, THE RESPONSIBLE informs that the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU) establishes several options to be able to exercise the right of withdrawal. Among them, it includes the possibility of doing so by filling out a form telematically. In order to shorten the times and that you can make the return in a comfortable and without delay, from ELECTROACUSTICA GENERAL IRICA S.A. we advise you to make use of this option and fill out the withdrawal form.

In accordance with current legislation, the contract concluded may proceed to be terminated, without the need to justify such a decision and without penalty of any kind, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods by the customer. To do this, the conditions set out in this document: withdrawal form must be met.

The consumer shall only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling them other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or operation.

The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts relating to:

  1. a. The provision of services, once the service has been fully executed, when the execution has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the recognition on his part that he is aware that, once the contract has been fully executed by the employer, he will have lost his right of withdrawal.

  2. b. The supply of goods or the provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market which the employer cannot control and which may occur during the withdrawal period.

  3. c. The supply of goods made according to consumer and user specifications or clearly customized.

  4. d. The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.

  5. e. The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.

  6. f. The supply of goods that after delivery and taking into account their nature have been mixed inextricably with other goods.

  7. g. Contracts in which the consumer and user have specifically requested the employer to visit him/her for urgent repair or maintenance operations; if, on that visit, the employer provides services in addition to those specifically requested by the consumer or supplies goods other than spare parts necessarily used for maintenance or repair operations, the right of withdrawal should apply to such additional services or goods.

  8. h. The provision of sealed sound or video recordings or sealed software that has been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.

  9. i. The provision of digital content that is not provided on a material medium when the execution has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user with the knowledge on his part that consequently loses his right of withdrawal.

Once we receive the product(s), we will refund the money according to the payment method used:

  • If the payment was made by card,the payment will be made in your account within 48 to 72 hours.

  • If the payment was made by Paypal or similar, the credit will be made in the same way in your Paypal account.

  • If the payment wasmade by transfer,we will request an account number to make the credit. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for it to be reflected in your bank account.

  • For all other payment methods, we will ask you for an account number to make the credit.

Order cancellations

Order cancellations that involve a return to the customer, by bank transfer, will have a maximum period of 30 days for administrative procedures, although we try to make the period not more than 7 days.

The customer shall be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling them in other way than necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or operation.

Return terms

  • Only returns of unsealed material in perfect condition will be accepted, within 30 calendar days of receipt. And having communicated the impact on our system in 48 h. after receipt of the order.

  • Such returns will be processed as a commercial return, since there is no law regulating the rights of return between companies, and such processing snregulations are regulated according to the conditions of ELECTROACUSA GENERAL IRICA S.A.


EGi guarantees its electronic and electroacoustic products against any manufacturing defect that affects its operation for 36 months from the date of its production (indicated in each manufactured), committing to repair or replace the modules fault whose failure, always in EGi's opinion, is due to manufacturing defect, with no spare parts charges.

This warranty does not include replacement workmanship in the installation of such electronic and electroacoustic modules. In no case does the warranty cover damage or breakage of beautifying parts (grids, bezels, covers, marquillos...).

This warranty relates only to the concept of factory replacement of the modules produced by EGi, excluding any other coverage or liability for the other materials or the whole of the installation made available to the user, but which EGi does not supply or execute.

Therefore they are not covered by this warranty:

a) Installation and interconnection between its modules.

b) Consequences of abuse or misuse of the product, including but not limited to:

b.1.) Do not use the product for normal purposes, or not follow EGi's instructions, for proper use and maintenance.

b.2.) The installation or use of the products in a manner not consistent with the current technical or safety standards.

c) Faults caused by incorrect installation of the modules or by their installation with cable of characteristics other than that indicated by EGi.

d) Breakdowns generated by intervention of persons not authorized by EGi.

e) Failure of connectivity to devices not specified as compatible by EGi.

f) The consequences of mixing with equipment from another origin, as well as adaptations, modifications, adjustments and/or attempts at adjustments, regardless of whether this has been done in a technically correct manner, provided that there is no express authorization EGi.

g) The consequences of accidents, natural disasters or any cause beyond the control of EGi, including but not limited to lightning, water and public disturbances. In all these cases excluded from the warranty, and provided that the modules are not judged as defective by EGi, their sender must take care of the total amount of the repair, and in the event of a visit from our technicians, your applicant will be responsible for the expenses arising from.
