It allows to select one of the five signals that run through the general line (4 audio channels and messages) and provides electrical isolation with a 1:1 audio transformer that allows the use of other device. It is used to receive and send an audio program to the telephone switchboard as waiting music. The connection between the output and the audio input on the receiver must be done with a shielded audio cable. It allows to receive and send messages through 1318.A module. TECHNICAL DATA
